I was affected by the government shutdown and was late on rent. Management worked with me and were extremely understanding about my situation. Any time I have a maintenance issue or need assistance with anything, it is always treated as a priority. Valley park is by far, the best place I have ever rented from. The apartments are beautiful and the faculty are wonderful.
