Our Apartments Allow Cats and Dogs

Finding pet-friendly apartments in Sioux City can be tough. Here at Valley Park Apartments we certainly understand how important it is to have our companions by our sides. That's why we are proud to be a pet-friendly apartment community. We love your pets almost as much as you do.

Not only will your pet find a cozy place to call home, but they'll also be able to take advantage of many of the great amenities within and around our community. Call us today for more information on our pet policies and restrictions.

OUR PET POLICY:

  • Valley Park allows dogs and cats.
  • 2 pets per apartment home.
  • A pet addendum and vet records are required.

PET FEES:
$300 move-in pet fee per pet (non-refundable) and monthly pet rent of $35 per pet

There is a non-refundable pet fee of $300 at move-in, plus a monthly pet fee of $35 per dog or cat. Unauthorized pets found in your apartment home will be subject to a $500 monthly fee up until the date the lessee registers the pets and pays the required pet fee/deposit.

 Pets may be dogs, cats, or large birds (Parrots, Cockatiels, Sun Conures, or other birds often let out of cages). No more than two (2) pets with combined weight of NA pounds per

 We do not accept Pit Bull, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Wolf Dog, or any mix of these breeds. Property staff reserve the exclusive right to make final determination as to dog breed.

 No deposit is required for small birds, turtles, hamsters, guinea pigs, and fish aquariums 5 gallons or less.

 Please review the Animal Addendum for the full pet policy. We comply with all Fair Housing requirements. Valid service and/or support animals are not considered pets and are not subject to the pet policy.
